We are introducing an exciting new program called the Vynca Community Uplift Network. This program provides support to community organizations (like yours) that help identify, educate, and evaluate clients for Enhanced Care Management (ECM) services. ECM is a free, covered benefit for Medi-Cal members within distinct populations of focus.
